Leadership, Staff and Committees

NCREIF is a not-for-profit 501c6 industry trade association that is led by a membership-elected Board of Directors and operated by a professional association staff consisting of 12 full time staff members and 1 part time consultant.

NCREIF has a unique membership committee structure that consists of 7 standing committees that are specific to their disciplines within the industry – Accounting, Daily Pricing, ESG, Information Management, Performance Measurement, Research, and Valuation.  In addition there are two committees devoted to their own property sector for which we produce quarterly performance indexes – Farmland and Timberland.

NCREIF’s committees are led by Chairs and Vice Chairs, and they meet three times each year during NCREIF conferences and all employees of NCREIF member firms are welcome to participate in the committee meetings.
