First Quarter Reporting Guidance

As of 1/1/08, firms wishing to claim REIS compliance must adopt SFAS 159 and carry debt liabilities at fair value. The Performance Measurement and Accounting Committees have prepared guidance to assist in the calculation and disclosures of the one-time impact of adopting SFAS 159 on an entity's TWR's.
